We are a community Shaolin martial arts school blending ancient practice with modern style to offer a practical, varied and holistic martial arts education.

 

Based in West Wales, Sifu Matt Rumbelow has been dedicated to his art for over 25 years and is passionate about teaching Kung Fu. He has described it as his ikigai, or life purpose.

 

We are a fun and vibrant community committed to the education of the whole person by cultivating the mind, body and spirit. Shaped by self-discipline, hard work, the honing of their skills and a sense of belonging, our students develop a practice that will serve them for the rest of their lives, far beyond the confines of the training hall.

Our curriculum is nationally accredited through the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association, an organisation that prides itself on driving social change through martial arts.
